Journal 16 -Colin Powell supports the presidential candidate Barack Obama

Colin Powell, 70, will be advise democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on foreign policy matters.
Powell served in the administrations of two Republican presidents. He served as the United States secretary of state from 2001 to 2005. He was first African American who held this post.
Colin Powell has met twice with Obama, who is the Illinois senator. Powell said that he isn’t at all interested in a political career, but he always keeps his eyes and ears open to requests for service. Powel stated that he intends to support the best person that he can find. He added that Obama will lead the USA for the 8 years beginning in January of 2009.
I have read a few books about Powell, which I borrowed from the Children Department at the public library in Hempstead.
